Aroma massage
During the massage, a base oil (cold-pressed natural oil) is mixed with specially selected essential oils. The essential oils can be divided into three large groups: top notes , which support the fifth, sixth and seventh chakras; heart notes , suitable for the third and fourth chakras (solar plexus and heart); and foot notes , which nourish the lowest three chakras.
The information about the different smells we perceive (in contrast to the information that comes from our eyes, ears and skin) is not sent through our cortex, but directly to the limbic system, which is responsible for processing emotions. Aroma massage can therefore have a gentle, yet deep, positive effect on the chakras and emotions, because our sense of smell is directly connected to the subconscious and its stored emotions.
